Gold PR, Smarty Social Media, and Mixpo Win Digital PR Award for Best Social Networking Campaign
We’re excited and honored to announce that Gold PR and their social media team, Smarty Social Media, in partnership with Mixpo, are award winners of this year’s Digital PR Awards for the Best Social Networking Campaign. The award winners were honored at the Digital PR Awards Luncheon in New York last week, which recognizes the year’s most outstanding digital communicators and campaigns.
The winning campaign was from their work with Invisalign, which used Facebook advertising to deploy a comprehensive lead generation program. The program used Facebook video and link ads connected to custom landing pages to drive prospective patients through the purchase funnel, from awareness and consideration to final purchase. The results from the multi-prong campaign was highly successful. The pilot program garnered 21,469 new qualified leads at half the cost of the brand’s previous digital lead generation campaigns, including search.

“Our social program outperformed the client’s previous digital efforts by such a large margin that there was disbelief the leads were actual people interested in the procedure. To verify leads, Mixpo ran a follow up survey asking qualifying questions such as how did they hear about the service. The results were clear - the program produced qualified leads and the client was amazed at seeing the result of using Igniter to reach real people on Facebook.”
