Sharpe Enterprises was formed to expand into larger property and undeveloped land parcel acquisition for the purpose of subdivision and commercial project development. Current focus of the LLC is to acquire such properties, undeveloped land zoned for residential or commercial development in particular, with the express purpose of developing appropriate building and construction projects with the particular needs and interests of a targeted community in mind.
