At Mixpo Portfolio Broadcasting Inc. ("Mixpo"), we understand and respect your concern about the privacy of any information you provide to Mixpo, while visiting or using the Mixpo website (the "Site").
The following policy sets out Mixpo's Privacy Policy and describes the practice Mixpo follows with respect to all clients of Mixpo and users of the Site.
Definitions

Users of the Site may be required to provide limited Personal Information, such as an email address, in order to access media files. Clients of Mixpo will be required to provide certain Personal Information in their registration forms, including name, email address, billing address and credit card information. Mixpo will use your credit card information for internal purposes only and to process your orders, maintain or update your Mixpo account. Other Personal Information you provide on your registration form may be used by Mixpo to create personalized content, services, and advertising on the Site. Mixpo may also monitor your Site activity in order to accurately track your account and provide you with Mixpo products and services that correspond to your interests.

Personal Information collected by Mixpo will not be disclosed to third parties. Personal Information will be used solely for the exclusive use of Mixpo, however, in order to improve integrity of the data, to assist in maintaining security over the data, or as requested by law, some Personal Information or Non-personal Information may be required to be disclosed.
Email Options
Mixpo may use your email address to send you updates about promotions, special offers, new services and other Mixpo communications. We reserve the right to send registration confirmation emails and service status messages to clients. You cannot opt out of service status messages. An example of a service status message is notification of impending closure of an abandoned or out of use account.
Mixpo offers you the ability to control the email communications we send to you. Mixpo will always give you a chance to unsubscribe and discontinue receiving Mixpo email communication. Clear directions for doing so will appear in any email message we send to you.
At times, Mixpo may enter into co-branding arrangements with other companies. If so, an opt-in question may be presented for contact from these firms. You will never receive emails from co-branded partners unless you have consented to it by opting in. All emails from co-branded partners to you will include an opportunity to opt out of future communications, however, the opt-out features may vary as they are specific to each co-branded partner.

Non-personal Information
When you visit the Site, a cookie may be sent to your computer, which is a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes, providing us with valuable data about your usage of the Site. Cookies will allow Mixpo to improve its products and services based on your usage and interests. Additionally, the Site may use clear GIFs, or pixel tags, to help manage our online advertising. Only Non-personal Information is collected through this technology.

Mixpo takes reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information from loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and disclosure. Mixpo treats your Personal Information with a high degree of regard and awareness for its private nature. We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems and only Mixpo authorized personnel have access to the information provided by our registered members.
